David, I do not remember seeing this as part of his swearing in in either of the two ceremonies. The American People decided (rightly or wrongly) that he can get their political agenda executed, not that in his personal life he'll be an angel. We should not establish a precedent where the will of the people can be subrogated by the dubieties presented by Starr. There was no perjury, the rest of the allegations are simply baseless. Can't you see, we have been taken by super scammers, there is indeed a conspiracy as Hillary suggested, a conspiracy to nullify the will of the people. The tools that have been used here could in 20 years be used against a President that you and I really like, but some special interests do not (are you not surprised that all the legal fees of Trip were paid or provided free by a Tobacco company lawyer?).
