Agreed, but if Ancor had such an OEM deal, we should be able to find pictures of a MKII somewhere too. The SilkWorm has appeared on numerous sites, without any major announcements from Brocade. I think it is safe to say that there are OEM agreements in place, even if Brocade doesn't announce them officially. I would be perfectly satisfied to see a MKII with an IBM, HP, or Sun label on it, even if no official announcement had been made.

Richard, if Ancor gets an OEM contract, or has other significant business developments, while these matters need not be the subject of a press release except in very narrow circumstances, the Company must disclose the existence of the OEM in the next quarterly filing. While this may delay the news to shareholders, we will not see a Brocade/DG--type scenario, and material news must be reported in the normal course of quarterly filings.
