IMO...Unless something drastic happens, this is going to be a done deal.

Unfortunately the reputation of this company needs some rebuilding and that means the "normal" (snicker) investment community will probably wait to see all the signatures on the paper before taking the acquisition seriously. There will be no overnight millionaires here people.

Once the financials are actually out and the papers signed, I'm viewing this as a long term hold for me. I will not be around much in that case as I prefer something a little more interesting then watching grass grow. Sometime late next year, if we're lucky and the restructuring is successful with a couple of good quarters behind them, it will be at around $10-15 combined.

I agree with Aleta. Once you can pull the filing from Edgar, then we'll get results. I think also, given the negative backdrop that detractors have put on Hayton, that once an established and esteemed CEO is running the show, then investors will be more confident.

Maybe I have been too trusting. But, before, I put my trust in a penny stock. Today, this trust has matured into a near-Nasdaq stock. So my trust instincts, I don't think, have been too far off the mark.

Randatta........

I don't think we'll see any monstrous upsurge until;(loooooong pause for effect) until these 2 companies are officially, in the form of legal, SEC approved documentation, a single NASDAQ entity.

I think that was said to be taking place in November.

Until then, we may see some upward movement with the release of the financials and the final acquisition of e-commerce. If Sitrick does their part we won't see many dips. If they wait too long between informative releases then we will see some drawn out ups and downs. Too drawn out to cause volatility.

Also, hopefully Sitrick understands the ways of the internet. If they tend too do double takes on PR's and use ambiguous, political type jargon in those releases, then they haven't dealt with the likes of us. Have they?

Gotta go. Planet of the Apes Marathon is on AMC.
