Thanks for pointing this out. Heat, or overheating problems can be taken care of during the design phase if they are addressed and worked diligently, early on, by qualified cooling (mechanical) engineers. It has to be part of the overall engineering design, along with architecture, logic, electrical, speed analysis, board layout, etc. If they leave it for the end, there's generally trouble. Now that Intel is getting into the big leagues, doing powerful servers for volume shipments, of course, they must have staffed up accordingly with all the right kinds of engineering folks, right?
