If you were converting an apartment building into condos at the top of the market, I would not recommend that the building owner live in one of the units. GS will have to stick around to continue to run the business and keep their institutional clients happy. Otherwise, there is no business to sell. World economies may have run into problems, but in the long run the the will of the massive number of people living in them will overcome the obstacles they have run into. Their spirit has been awakened, they see the prosperity in America, very easily because of instant communication around the world, and they want it for themselves. I do not think that they will be denied their wish to better their lives. It will just take a little longer than they had hoped. Vitas
