Mr. Pink, I have been doing some reading on the deal between FP and Life Financial Corporation (LFCO). As FP has dropped significantly, the conversion ratio for the merger will be 1 share of LFCO gets 0.67 shares of FP. Yesterday's closing prices FP - 15.625 LFCO - 5 LFCO is trading at a significant discount to 0.67FP (0.6715.625=10.4) Is the merger deal off ? Regards. Rajiv

Mr. Pink, what's your take on LBOR. I shorted Friday on the bounce. How much more upside do you see (if any) before it heads back into the tank where it belongs? Gary G.
