> anybody questions INTC's report yesterday?

a small company called Cymer (CYMI) had different things
to say about the semi business going forward. They're
laying off workers. Being a small co, it's hard to know
how much of that is their own problem and not industry
related at all, but certainly things are not universally
rosy in that world.

Bubba,, One of the reasons t bonds keep rising
may be as speculated by someone
that the hedge funds are short against other longs (corporates, etc.) and
the spread is backfiring on them.

Hence swirls like Lehman , yesterday.
