They should have been and should be in the 10Q/K's along with the terms of the placements. Ron, I think that you can forget about the financial statements for awhile. Into every life a light must shine doesn't apply here. The scrutiny that a proper audited 10-K would bring doesn't seem to be on the agenda of this forward looking management team. There is the problem of finding an auditor that will offer an opinion that they can even continue as a going concern. Projecting their current expense levels, and apparent lack of significant sales, the mismatch in the valuation of their inventory and equipment as revealed by their own pictures of their "plant" in Las Vegas, their condition surely cannot have improved since their last 10-K that was for 1996 and filed a year ago June. Shedding light on their operations is not going to work to their advantage. So I think we will focus on the mythical cleansing operation as a cover for the other more severe problems that AZNT seems to be facing. Even the sources of private placement monies are drying up as they poison their own well with all of this thrashing around.
