diana,

Sure wish I could have already established a position in VTS
prior to next Monday. Any kind of decent news and I'd guess she'll
take a nice bump. It's always seemed to me like a company that
funds (or some source of big bucks) seem to like...it's late to
drop in slides, and has come back like gang busters on what appear
to be institutional buying days. But I'm down and have been for
some time, so take my pronouncements and opinions with suitable
seasoning.

Yep. That was me, re: Annie Dillard. If I had to go to the Bering
Sea for the rest of my lucid life, (perish the thought!) her
collected works would be one of the 4 writers I'd bring along.
'Pilgrim' is my favorite of those I've read; and I've bought but
can't bring myself to open, her latest work, probably because
it's fiction, and her views on science, biology, religion and
such are what kept me re-reading passages in her work, some
times to the goose-bumps stage. (Not often encountered in a
gnarled ol' ferry-boat mechanic such as myself.)

Better take any literary content to the Private Zone, before
we (I) get accosted for smoking bandwidth.

What a memory on you! And the only mention I remember making
of A.D. was in an E-mail to Razorbak...hmmmmm, I must be leaking
neurons again

Adio,

Lee (PS)
Spousal Unit shopping, must go split more kindling before her
return, so's to avoid the 'fritterin' away a beautiful day'
series of lectures.
