ariella,
thanks for that info

but...
fntn area of expertise is for a one stop shop for funds, institutions, and investors to see video mutual fund presentations, also video conferencing between members of intranet....so different product than the one u mentioned....
fntn will also provide paging and low cost phone calls for its members among other things

your post does show that video by internet is rapidly growing and we are well positioned in a fast growing sector....very good news in my opinion....
although i agree that the longer we wait, the more likely competitors in our special field will show up...

Greetings Ariella and I must agree with you when you say "Sure hope FNTN gets its Intranet up soon", because in my opinion it really is the early bird that get the proverbial worm.

I do believe that FNTN is either completely ready or very close to saying they can flip the switch, that everything is up and running and full service is now being provided to their clients. Remember everyone that is only my opinion.

A consideration here is that FNTN is in a multi-faceted business which is not as simple as buying a bunch of computers, hooking them up and saying we are ready to go. It would appear to me that they are taking the time necessary to get the job done in a professional and reliable manner. Once they are up and serving their clients the hardware and programming must be dependable beyond question. I am sure that is why the beta testing is taking longer then expected.

Best regards,

Bill Fortune III
