Ohhh that wasnt the all of the PR going on down there about Phipps, he has set Tulsa on its ear. Terry has a good company, and most of Tulsa is being beat up pretty badly by the down turn in oil prices, its almost like he is "good business news" to a community that needs a "pick me up " for its business image. Yes we do have some other things in the works, but not solidified enough to start getting everyone excited, (yet.) Who knows a phone call or two from now and it will be a different story <g> KAA
