Or he dumps his shares into the public market.

Btw, a CEO cannot engage in private transactions of personally held stock without filing the appropriate SEC filings (Form 4).

He will have to issue new stock or arrange private transactions between other non-insiders.

Regards,

Ron

Mr. Cavalry,
Mr. Sylver cannot "make a deal" with the shortsellers of AZNT. The SEC, NASD and the Federal Judiciary who assisted in the cleansing of the AZNT market would not look to kindly upon being an 'accomplice'. Don't fall for the 'short's' traps. The premise is laughable.

Consider this, Cav: if by the terms of what the moronic bmart calls the "cleansing program" (eeeeuuuwwww, how very Stalinist), "insider shares" are conveted to what I've been told will be uncovertible preferred, well, then, how will Mike pay even those bills (hahahahahah) that he may choose to pay?

If you understood how to read financials, you'd understand that this "company" has been making its own living off issuing more and more and more shares. (And selling some of same, on what terms? Well, let's not get into that right now). Now things have got outta control, and so Mike's gonna sue people. (For a change; as we know, mostly they sue him.) Sure, ubetcha, there are shares in the float the the company claims it can't account for, but...

Weeelllll, go figure, guys... Hustle on over to CYGS, I don't doubt brain transplants'll be on offer VERY soon now...
