Clinton should have his nuts chopped off for all the lying he has done to his wife. He has been caught with Flowers, Jones, and now Monica and each time Hilary has stood by her man and has forgiven him. I think he has her brainwashed much like he has many of the American people. Clinton is a LIAR and not a leader. Lets hope our government will not let us down again; lets hope we can clean up our government by getting rid of this immoral man. KM

President Clinton will remain an individual with a serious sexual compulsion in a highly stressful position with access to many women, and the public will have provided reinforcement for his behavior. This combination would result in an increased need to exhibit even more risky sexual behavior. Clinton's need for self-derailment, which derives from overachievement and anger toward himself, has not changed. The only difference will be that the public has sent a message to him: his sexual behavior has to be extreme in order to provoke public outrage.
