just need to consider the sources, IMO. One is from RNTK, One is..from Charles Russell. Also, 9/21 is "the end of summer", the autumnal equinox. Mark is having strong feelings about a seasonal transition to signify a deal closing. In the ballpark of this, it's more likely than "1999" IMO. That's as close as you're likely to get!

Frankly, I am of the opinion it will happen when it happens. I agree with views of xbrent and Eric Deaver...it will happen otherwise it wouldnt have been referred to in the latest SEC filing and releases. My understanding is the deal is with a subsidiary of Texaco (Texaco Natural Gas) so does that mean it still needs the actual signed approval from Texaco headquarters? We might see some volume this coming week.... Jane Jan Ja J

If memory serves, there is only one person currently claiming "1999". And, as you know, stating something over and over again does not necessarily make it come true any faster. <grin> JSb.
