Bateman, the point is not whether they have sex (most, I hope have "real sex" not imaginary ones like G and C), the point is that in the mind of many, only full intercourse is considered an extramarital act or even a "sexual relationships". I would say that rational minds can differ on that definition, that is about it. Clinton in his Paula Jones testimony could have very well "believed" that taking the stand that unless intercourse was accomplished, there was no sexual relationship and thus he considered his response "truthful".

Sure the actions themselves are despicable, the fact that he did not clear it up at once an act of grave misjudgment. He should have at least assumed that Starr's tenacity will bring the actual nature of the act to light, and that at least some people would consider oral sex as actual sex. After all, it is the same Starr that imprisoned McDougal's wife for refusing to testify. But, many on the other side (including me) would rightfully take the position that in his mind, Clinton did not perjure himself, just squiggled around what many others would consider the "truth". Many would also come to the conclusion that this squiggle is not ground for impeachment.
