Good analysis. I don't know if I care to debate that it is exactly a contrived Ponzi scheme per se but it works out that way. Management has repeatedly said, at least in quarterly conference calls and other meetings with analysts, that NZMA would have lower margins, higher costs, more and better competition, and lower growth rates than in the past. Internet speculators are in the mood to bid up the shares with little regard for risk factors or valuation anyway. No doubt this has created a wind-fall for VCs, investment bankers and insiders. It is the primary function of VC funded start-ups to bring companies up to become publicly traded (or have them acquired) and then sell out for as much profit as they can - if it turns into a de facto Ponzi scheme, all the better.
