PartyTime, I guess the answers to most of my questions were obvious. LOL

Not enough revenue, too many expenses, too many growing pains, no net income, no taxable income, no dividends.

On second thought, forget my questions I will follow my prior advice to myself and wait for a balance sheet for Zulu-tek (not Zulumedia). LOL

Er, Terry, those questions are beyond my ken. Those are actually Bob Smith-type questions. When you spoke with him, did you make provisions for follow-up communications? Recommend your tax questions go his way. Good questions though. I like them. Let us know when you discover the answers. Thanks.
