Mike, FWIW, I agree with you about holding CIEN. At 16, it is trading at about 4 times sales. Amazing for a stock that has (or at least had) two companies interested in it (one of which still has an offer on the table). At 34, CIEN would be something like 8x sales. Still reasonably valued, in my opinion (though others disagree). It just seems that most deals in this sector go off in this range, 8 to 10x sales. But what do I know. Gary Korn
