Bill hasn't met a poll he didn't like. Bill also has no firmly held convictions. In reviewing his speeches for a paper I wrote, I found that his views on several issues (health care, welfare, mother's rights to work, to name a few) swung wildly as his administration progressed. His spin-doctors call it "maturation of views". Funny, I thought he was already old enough for his views to have matured. There are NO ideals in the White House now, but for one....how much can I get for this Lincoln bedroom stay? Which isn't an altogether bad ideal. At least we know...in his heart, he's really a capitalist.
