Mr. Jahid, What is your current relationship with Mr. Schurer? Why do you evade the topic? Was Mr. Schurer an employee of Wellrich from 2/97 thru 5/97 ? Who was licensed to deal securities at Wellrich after Mr. Schurer left? If Mr. Marchese covered Mr. Mann, with what stock? Did Wellrich have a contract with AZNT after 5/97 ? If not, how could there be an arbitration if there was no contract? Is the stock frozen at Citibank the stock Mr. Marchese used to "cover" Mr. Mann short? If so, now what? Who provided Wellrich with their lead list? Who is deserved of the $50K commission fee? Can Wellrich deal securities without a licensed broker? If not, why would Wellrich expect a $50K commission fee? I hope you don't evade these questions again Mr. Jahid. Good Day RB

Firstly Mr. Icabod your postings on this thread concerning USA vs. WellRich is bordering libel since you neither presented a case number and do you not think WellRich would be privy to that information before you? Be aware your posting has been presented to our lawyers and is being verified as we speak. "Bordering on"?? Hah. I suggest you determine who, exactly, the misspelled Icabod is. Certainly his ghastly posts suggest that he works for the company, but on the other hand they're so absolutely AWFUL that he could, as I've said before, be a mole, intent on Destroying From Within... If so, BRILLIANT!!!

Your attorneys will want to know more about bmart I am sure. Who authors the posts posted to his account. Is this significant in the courtroom? <s> (I already checked) <s> Bmart has advised all that he is a friend of a guy that runs a gym who was booted off Silicon Investor permanently. It appears bmart takes sole legal responsibility for all posts to his account. Bmart has posted unconditionally that WellRich is sleazy and involved in illegal activities. Is this true?
