Dark,
Do the brady bonds follow the new interest rates (49.75%) If so, and we follow your brazil won't devalue thesis, and couple it with a near term halving of present % rates, don't we end up with a compelling buy signal on the brady bonds (and I presume (?) that they follow the % rate)? In the mex fiasco the interest rate fluctuation was a way to have made a significant return on the bonds capital appreciation. Just curious as to how this could play out?
