Excuse me Sir, GIT CAN DO A JOINT VENTURE anytime or under any circumstances THEY PLEASE. The ONLY REASON a company does a joint venture is if they are OUT OF MONEY or the project is NOT AS GOOD AS THOUGHT. Question,,,,, If you owned a 10 million oz find and a public company, and if it was ECONOMAL.,, and if you had lots of money. Would you do a joint venture and give 1/2 of it away? Not me. And if you had all this would the share price be at 55 cents??? NOT LIKELY There is something very wrong here and the shareprice is reflecting it.
