Aleta, when we met. He didn't say: You can tell everyone everything I said. Quite the contrary. We sat down and as the waitress poured coffee, he immediately handed to me a draft of the press release that was released that morning. He asked if I had seen it. I said no. And thus our conversation began. At the conclusion, I asked him if it was OK for me to share what we had discussed with you folks. Did I have to do this? No. But guess what? I felt it was the honorable thing to do. I told him that I felt that it was appropriate for me to do so. And guess what? He smiled and said, "Sure, whatever you like." I'm guessing when the shareholders visit LA, not only will we learn more, but we'll likely meet new PR people as well. I suspect also that the visit will be arranged once the new CEO is appointed. He stressed that he wanted this visit to happen at a time when "everyone will be there." Again, I empahsize that he seemed very enthusiastic about the prospective CEO candidates. When he said that, I reminded him that I was impressed with Zulu's ability, in the past, to draw in top-name talent. He smiled and took that as a compliment. It was. And by the way, why is it supposed to be such a big deal that he would have spoken with two people who post prominently on these discussion threads. Joe, you're in and out of the stock and have demonstrated only an every now and then presence. Aleta and I have battled on for time immemorial it seems. Also, Aleta, once she bought Zulu or ESVS, has held some variation of it, presently ESVS. Me? I've owned Zulu for nearly a year, except for a two-week period when I put all my eggs in one basket, trying for a good play in a pharmaceutical merger. And Joe, you, of course, only "accidentally" leave some shares in, in the course of your selling it back (twice, you've posted that you've done this). So it's not surprising that he contacted both Aleta and myself. Besides, both of us first made iniatives towards him, Aleta with a phone call and I through Wachs. Joe, have you made such contact through Zulu or ESVS representatives yet?
