Since when do Semi insiders not have to report purchases?

I am unimpressed with this merger generally, and on these terms
specifically. Reptron is doing poorly and has a suspect business model with a small ECM player. I predict the deal will fall through, which may have an initial kneejerk reaction down on SEMI stock, followed by a gradual recovery.
