Mr. Jihad, What was Mr. Shurr's relationship with Wellrich from 2/97-5/97? Can you inform the thread why the number to the "arbitration hearing" (that supposedly took place between Wellrich & AZNT) that Mr. Mitchell posted was no more than an 'internal' number and has no legal implications whatsoever AND, since there was no contract between Wellrich & AZNT , there could've been no binding arbitration between AZNT & Wellrich. Are you saying Mr. Shurr did not act as a broker/dealer for Wellrich ? RB
