AGM reports from the Yahoo thread + short conspiracy!?
Though the majority of the posts there are personal attacks, many of which are filthy,
there were some remarkably objective reports from the AGM:
posts 8111 -8123 by DonDiego77 and Linkow with corroboration by Spinecage, 8127 by singe20, and 8153-8156.
Take anti-nausea meds before reading most anything else IMO.

for those who want to pursue the tyranny of the shorts check this out:

< Who are pinky's minions?

no one in particular, just a bunch of hedge funds and their minions
using scare tactics to trash companies, They make the most negative
press releases from biased reports, omits crucial details and makes it
look like the companies are going out of business.

we have seen very similar attack on CLST, DOSE, ACRT, FIBR, REXI, LBOR,
LOCK, ITEX, VVUS, CLCX, CCSI, ABTE , and numerous others, there is clear
and convincing proof that Pink/Loeb/Hoppe(?) was seduced into the fray
by SI poster DavidS (thought to be convicted Federal wiretapper David
Alan Schechter of Schechter Capital Management and Rattlesnake
Holdings). Notorious shortists NY'S Fiero Bros., Manuel P. Asensio and
certain "columnists" of THESTREET.COM also, IMO, involved. Just passing
this info along in case any of these venal vermin turn up on your
screen. Sebastian Hoppe and Dan Loeb are also in the gang.

These guys also send their minions to push up the price first before the
shorting begins with rumors of a bright future and dump the shares onto
unspecting public. Later on when the stock has fallen from their dumping
and shorting they turn the tables.

ONCE WE GET THIS INFO ONTO THE HANDS OF AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE ON
THE TACTICS USED BY THESE HEDGE FUNDS THEIR EFFECTIVENESS DIMINISHES. SO
COPY THE MESSAGE AND LET EVERYONE KNOW. LET ALL THE NEWS SERVICES KNOW.
AFTER ALL THEY USE THEM TO STEAL OUR MONEY. >

The reference to pinky's minions may refer to the SI thread about Mr.Pink.
This kind of information lends a bit of credence to the idea of pursuing a RICO action against Asensio.
I did find it most curious that the Street's Greenberg did his TRBD Vancouver history piece
just before the first Asensio announcement.
I would not be a bit surprised to find that the run from 12 to 17 was a combination
of short squeeze and pump priming by short-interests
that magnified the early August burst of the speculative bubble.

You can bet that Asensio's clientele are queued with their sell tickets before the announcements.

I'd love to know who else jumped on the sell wagon that a.m. and how did they happen to know where the blood would be running. Was it just the wizardry of computers in the information age, market makers, or a coordinated effort?

I am looking forward to speaking Monday with one of my brokers who went out Thursday,
and is a good notetaker.
IMO, it's going to be a five set match. I'm not talking about the U.S. Open
