The thing is, IMO they should have just one set of rules, and make everyone comply with them.
Whoever the agency is.

I also think that the buying and selling of US securities shouldn't be allowed in foreign contries unless they comply with all US laws.

There can always be found a way to enforce things if they wanted to.

I disagree with the intent (as I read it) of your sugesstion that entry to markets for business is too easy.
IMO..It should be easy, but should just have to comply with the rules.

The part about non reporting companies was made for a reason, it was abused, and now they are in the process of changing it.
The problem is, they take too long to do things.

I am not going to answer any more, not because I don't enjoy the discussion, but it really does not have much to do wih aznt, IMO.
& I don't feel comfortable intruding on their thread with this material.
