I agree with you that there is no consipracy. But the SEC and NASD work on there own. I doubt any cooperation exists with the SEC and AZNT, unless the SEC wants to know why the company is issuing those shares and under what pretenses they were issued (in other words, some informal investigation). Any action would not result in co-plantiffs AZNT, SEC NASD v. Illegal Shorters.

As far as the insiders, who knows what individual shareholders are apt to do for a quick buck now a days

how would he betray sec and nasd and dtc if he forced citibank to give him 800k and he forced jb oxford to write a check for 3 million dollars, all the checks are made out to aznt, so he could say i got my shareholders money back and now i am putting it in my business so i can run it the right way.
