My ex's family, who are very conservative feel this way. But, they are almost libertarians and dont like the RR influence on the Republicans - they are pro choice, anti prayer in schools etc. They think republicans are turning into fascists, as do I.

I believe that's a real possibility, wallace. That question prompts one that I've mulled over for many months -- would this situation have mushroomed into such a humongous mess if it were not for the fact that Pres. Clinton's administration represents present day America more than any up to this time??....it includes large numbers of women, African Americans & Jewish Americans. Who are the enemies of the Administration?....my answer:... wealthy, conservative, white males for the most part. Ann
