I believe all of that has been covered to one degree or another. In case you missed it the company projects sales to be 75 million for this year and 50 million profit. Sales for the first quarter were reported to be 44 thousand dollars.

V: IMO, if the court order scenerio is true, then the companies value is probably secondary.

No where in the court order does it stipulate that they must cover only if the company is a good one.

It just says "cover".

Now that event may be delayed until after appeals etc, etc..but if they lose all the way.
then they must cover whether this company makes licorice man hole covers, or has a cure for
cancer.
