I start at the Insider Trader site every Saturday night. I also check CDA Investnet and the Bloomberg insider column. There are some additional sites where information can be found but these are the most timely. You can scan the insider buying, selling, and 144 at the Insider Trader site. I have a subscription which gives me information in a timely fashion. You can also search by ticker.

Let me know if you have not got the URL's already.
