when the DGIV/NMSS alliance was first announced, many of us thought that the relationship is "bigger" than we would expect at first glance, and now it seems that is indeed very true. similarly with Egypt! DGIV 's entry into Egypt and the Middle East is HUGE, IMO. To be able to make deals with the National Telephone company of Egypt is a significant accomplishment. DGIV is now a KNOWN entity in the Middle East, which will give it a big advantage when it comes to the possibility of making deals with other Middle East countries.
