I sure don't think that was a very objective post. (slight joke there <G>) Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this how this whole "thing" got started? The private placement - whose shares are at the center of this - was intended to raise the funds for marketing and promotion of AZNT's products. So, to my mind, discussion of funds spent or funds to spend on this expenditure are moot at this point in time and should/could be addressed once the current "situation" is resolved.
