Ed: I would readilygive up a 1/2 point if the country did not have to go through this. In Fairness to Clinton is his conduct any worse than Kennedy, Johnson or others - NO ! But like Nixon - he got caught and history is not kind to Presidents who get caught. However I have to tell you that this claim the Clinton did not lie - does not pass the giggle test. Or the fact that Monica had sex with him but he did not have sex with her - now I have to tell you that I consider that I have been around the world many times and that statement has me confused. I have a brother in Law who is an Ambassador to a Muslim country - and they are having a field day with this. The Americans claim that muslims are extreme - they will not even allow an unmarried daughter out unescorted, they say that the American President would do well not to exploit children entrusted to his care. These people wheather or not you agree with them on religion or politics - have character - something which is hard to define with our Prez. I can however tell you that he has made America the laughting stock of the world - what is left is wheather the American people are willing to lower the bar so low that this guy can survive. In the end it will be an interesting look in the Mirror for the nation , but if he survives I will not entertain any complaints of sexual intimidation, lying under oath, or any other complaint against the law of the land. This country has lowered the bar on so many issues - that we wonder what is happening to our society, our moral fibre is being whittled away and this is not Clintons Fault- it is our fault because we accept it. OOOps that was off topic !! However this is good for ratings whic only proves that every cloud has a silver lining. :-) John
