Wrong. Starr asked the judge to remove the Lewinsky matter from the Jones case because it was interfering with his investigation. She agreed, saying that it was, for now, non-essential. She said she was not ruling on its materiality at the time.

Since that time Judge Wright has warned that Clinton's perjury has left him open to being held in contempt. She is deciding that issue. Further, the Jones case looks like it may be reinstated because of Clinton's perjury and recent court rulings.
