Hi Zeev,

The meaning of "sexual relations" is important because of speculation that Clinton would try to use a narrow definition to try to
avoid admitting any impropriety.

Here is the text of the definition as it was presented to the president on Jan. 17:

"For the purposes of this deposition, a person engages in sexual relations when the person knowingly engages in or causes:

-- contact with the genitalia, anus, groin, breast, inner thigh, or buttocks of any person with an intent to arouse or gratify the
sexual desire of any person;

-- contact between any part of the person's body or an object and the genitals or anus of another person; or

-- contact between the genitals or anus of the person and any part of another person's body.

-- Contact means intentional touching, either directly or through clothing."

So given that Clinton has admitted to lying to the entire country, and further, that he admitted to nothing until Monica did a "John Dean", and further, Clinton stated under oath that he could not remember being alone with monica(give me a break!),why should we not believe that he touched her sexually as per the above definition? Common sense says that he would have. Monica gives multiple accounts of this behavior. Were it not for the dress,...I think Clinton might still be stonewalling.
