insider buying is something i look at but dont invest solely on this info, insiders can be too close to their company, too involved to see the bigger picture of the industry or economy as a whole, thaey are biased, witness callaway golf and the insiders there who bought ton of stock right before bad earnings and 40% drop in share price.

here is a great site to check insider buys/sells
dont agree about your pick minimal insider buys, look in january that was insider buying right before run up,
also note this link has box for options not checked, you want to look at shares insiders paid retail for not mandatory exercise of some stock options for pennies on the dollar, this site allows you to eliminate options, note your pick insider buys is a little better when you check options box and hit submit changes

pss be very careful of insider selling not always a negative just how many execs get paid these days, they have to sell some of their shares
look at dell always insider sales still great company.
