the 4MM+ shares must be returned to the TA "IMMEDIATELY". NO APPEALS, NO STALLING, NO IF's, AND's or BUT's! ..."IMMEDIATELY". Well then why hasn't that happened? The all-important hearing took place on Thursday, after all. You promised "BLAST OFF", did you not?

good thing we have an iron clad court ruling then, glad to hear that our beautiful squeeze is still on. would hate to think we weren't going to drain some mm's bank accounts, what if they had all 4 million restricted shares sitting in a brokerage account and never sold any into free trading float? what if removal of legend was a rumor then they return the unsold 4 million shares and no one covers? ruling also said 400k shares from free trading float had to be returned, who had 400k shares of float to begin with, thought all the bad guys had restricted shares. cav
