Janice, Let me rephrase that... He can't do it legally within SEC regulations. All insider or related transaction are legally supposed to be included in 10Q/K's. But of course, we know there are unscrupulous individuals out there and that is why there must be a fundamental basis for a company's success, namely revenues. A sound and prospering (potentially as well) busisness is the best guarantee that insiders will seek to advance shareholder's value and increase their personal stake in the company.
