The conversion timing is going to be tricky like a slide rule. The $1 conversion price would disappear after the 17 days if Ancor starts to move up continuously. If the regD guys already own the maximum allowable percentage, they have two choices. One, continue to recycle shares so that they can pocket 15% discount until all available preferred shares are gone. Two, hold for much later for a higher stock price before selling.
