I agree Vi,

Russia will benefit on an increase in the price of oil. Every bit of foreign currency helps.
The government has been picked and they at least say they are going to continue reforms. I think there is a G7 meeting this week too.
The RTS index keeps bouncing around 61-62, maybe we will get a big breakout in the near future.
Oil is up 13 cents in the futures market tonight. The Dow futures are down about 30.
