I really think the 9-22 date is primarily an SI thing. The rumor didn't move the stock up, and it's failure probably won't move it down much (or for very long). We have a $1 to $1.25 stock without the deal and a higher-priced stock after the deal. I'm going to keep mine out of the float whether the announcement comes on 9-22 or not. Old man Buffet was right: "We are paid to wait, not to trade."(:->)
