Skeeter, good post. but let's not worry. In less than two months, the voters of America will be going to the polls to cast a vote. My feeling is that Clinton is determined to stay in office no matter what crimes he is proved to have committed, and so the voters will have to send a message to Washington D.C.:

We don't want scum like Bill and Hill in the White House. But if they won't leave, we'll put them under siege by sending dozens of more Republicans to Congress, and it will be another bad year to have a "D" in front of your name.

Demoralized Democrat voters will stay home en masse, not wanting to contribute further to the fall from grace.

Bill and Hill's last two years (if they manage to stay) are going to be miserable, with the Republicans running roughshod over anything that Clinton wants but Congress doesn't.

Oh yes, the Republicans are shortly going to be declaring legislative victory, and I predict that bill and hill are going to be doing nothing but whining through the remainder of his term.
