However, he commit no crime against the state, the people of USA, the system of the government, or violate anybody's right.

Last time I checked, perjury was still a crime.

And as for it not being part of Starr's "original mission", just remember that they never nailed Al Capone for murder or racketeering, either.

I do not think he should be impeached.

It should never have gone this far, but as it has, it's all but a given that Clinton will go the next step force Congress's hand on the matter.

A fair mind person would conclude that Starr's purpose was to embarass the President

A fair-minded person who had been in living a cave since '92, that is.

"but for four years and 40 millions, he has come up empty, because nothing of this sorts are in the report. "

Well, except for the convictions he has returned. Oh, the report said that reports on the other issues will be forthcoming. As far as the $40 million is concerned, your share is less that US$0.20. PM me your name and address and I'll mail you a check to cover your share, assuming you are a US taxpayer. This offer is also extended to anyone who is too cheap to spring for the $0.20 spent to insure the integrity of the highest office in the land.

"However, he commit no crime against the state,"

He is accused of several felonies.

My apologizes for yet another Off Topic post. This will be my last on this subject. If the Clintonistas still don't get it then there is no hope for them at all.

I heard perennial Clinton cheerleader Eleanor Clift (Cliff?) of Newsweek on a radio show Friday describe lying to a Grand Jury as just a character flaw!
