boj.or.jp Stitch, the interesting part about the aforementioned article is the fact that it is already a month and a half old. They have already reversed themselves and cut interest rate to .25% last week. BOJ also demonstrated that monetary policies, as we know it, can become totally ineffective under certain circumstances. The speech is so similar in style to Greenspan's but it is obvious that BOJ has little power to influence the Japanese economy at this time. The US may be heading in the same direction. Who knows which way the global liquidity will flow tomorrow? Ramsey
