The number reported looks very low. Central Banks alone hold an estimated 35,000 tons (three times as much)

I really think that the number should be a little larger than what that writer thinks, I guessing 2-4% more only. The big thing about this tells me, that it would be just as easy (with margin & information & fund flow control) to control it on the short side. I'm betting that number is the above ground number. I'm guessing 85.4 billion.
You know, if we could make 3 or 4 very rich people understand this, we could rule the world!
