Actually I don't subscribe to any particular form of investing. By that I mean I am neither strictly a technician nor a fundamentalist. I do like stocks with small floats and I certainly appreciate the way buying power can overwhelm any short position. I do have a penchant for the OTC BB stocks simply because it is so easy to complete your due diligence with a few phone calls. So even if a stock is an OTC BB stock, and as such, is being naked shorted by market makers these stocks too can get caught up in short covering.

Now speaking short term, I expect a big move coming soon in CLCK(probably this week). I also like EVDS. This is a stock I just recently took a large position in that will be moving higher shortly on increased volume, or my due diligence is absolutely worthless. I have started a new thread on EVDS and I invite you or any of your readers to check out that stock on the new thread I started last week here at SI:

Finally I think CCSI(NASDAQ) is showing great strength despite the strong number of shorts firmly entrenched. This stock was hammered by short sellers back in June. If anything was truly wrong with the company the stock wouldn't even be trading today.

A couple more points, although I brought CNC to your attention it was because of the strong insider buying in August, not January. They bought at 39 and some change. They bought HEAVY. The stock is now below 30 and is a terrific value play for a company expected to earn over $4 a share next year. The stockholders actually get a dividend with CNC and since I believe the stock is way oversold I think a quick return of 30% is not out of the question. The buying of stocks in companies throughout the entire market is higher than it has ever been for the last three years. It's a good time to be long because there is so little risk left in many of these stocks.

So you want my short term picks? Here they are and I don't think any of these will be cheaper 1 month from today: CLCK, EVDS and CCSI. Nope I think a lot higher than the market than the market in general.

My own personal goal for CLCK in less than two weeks would really surprise you, but good news is long overdue, and the stock will move when we get it. EVDS a definite double in 3 weeks strictly because the company's story hasn't even begun to be told or understood. Finally CCSI is a well know commodity but I believe there is a reason why the shorts are moving out of this one. Think about it. If long awaited manufacturing and distribution deals are announced for their FDA approved proprietary Colormate III device for the non-invasive monitoring of bilirubin infant jaundice in newborns then this stock will fly.
