Are you saying because you repeatedly trade the same stock during a session your incremental rate is 1.4 cents per share once you have paid the $17.50 minimum?

Were you able to get the reduced rate when you first started trading with Fidelity or did you have to build a record as a frequent trader before you could get a discount?
