To all - (in case no one else has already said the following) - this (the discussion of Clinton) is almost as boring as when all of you electrical engineers were discussing subtle details of waveform demodulators (or whatever).

(But, I'm sure glad someone out there can "do" electrical engineering. I just do not want to have to read about it).

Anyway, just to get my (and my wife's) "vote" in, we both think Clinton should resign. He is an embarrassment to anyone who actually tells the truth.

Jon.

Chaz, what I meant by not giving a rat's ass, is that I don't think the one would be predictive of the other. I don't think there's a correlation.

Your are right that it is Congress that will decide. It is true they must interpret the Constitutional language. But they are required to do so with a true and honest attempt to act within the Constitution's meaning and bounds. I hope, and believe, that before all is done, they will.
