PTII has also entered into a licensing agreement with Hasbro, Inc. to manufacture and market helmets, bicycles and bicycle accessories under the Playskool brand name and with Mattel, Inc. to make helmets under the Barbie brand name, along with a license to sell Barbie bicycle accessory products.
